Ans. No, you must go through the normal channel, which is through the Institute. However, you can obtain information about the tutor and their complete profile, including their expertise, experience, qualifications, and any certifications they hold, through the Institute.

Ans. Our classes have fixed timings. Once you have chosen your preferred timing, it remains consistent until the course concludes. Changing timings daily would impact the availability of the tutor. If you cancel a class on your own, the Institute will deduct those hours from the total, considering the class completed.
